Steve Wallis has been a volunteer with Greenpower for over 10 years. Greenpower promotes sustainable engineering as a career choice through running electric car races in schools across the country.
“It’s engineering for future,” says Steve. “Kids build cars and then they race them in different circuits around the country. In October, the top 100 come to Goodwood to do a marathon race.”

Trevor Weeks is the founder of the East Sussex Wildlife Rescue and Ambulance Service (WRAS) and has been undertaking wildlife rescue and conservation work since he was 13 years old. Summer 2010 sees him complete his 25th year.
